Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your stationery! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • To start a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right straight away.
